Coming Soon -

Some ALT Medicine doctors say bacteria is harmless and bacteriophages (bacteria eaters) are harmless. But does that assertion hold true if a bacteriophage is in the bloodstream? The ALT Med doctors never tell you that do they? Next article will be on ignored research on bacteriophages based on Before and After study methodology without altering the bacteria by staining, by smashing, by drugging the bacteria.

The article after that will be on how Astaxanthin and how it stops what is called COVID.

Innocent question - how do we know that viruses are there if they cannot be seen?

Good question. Bacteriophages are large enough that they can be seen in a low powered microscope. Bacteriophages only work on other bacteria. Here is my guess as to why "viruses can not be seen". It is because what is called a virus infection actually takes place in a leaky small intestine. Undigested food, bacteria, fiber, amino acids, probiotics, are examples of non-nutrients that can seep through the intestinal lining into the blood. So, "stuff" that should not be in the blood is getting in the blood where it becomes "virulent". It only becomes virulent in the disease chamber of the small intestine. So, unless these infectious things are harvested from the gut during infection, it is not discoverable. And as soon as foreign things get into the blood though the lining in the small intestine, there is an autoimmune (automatic response) reaction of white blood cells and T cells (and macrophages?), which change the character of the foreign stuff. Neither virologists nor virus deniers want to even discuss what happens in a leaky gut. Medicine has always been a sociological secret society because if they told you their secrets, there would be no or less need for them. The vaccine industry is controlled by the Dept. of Defense. Let me know if this reply makes sense.

Thanks for mentioning the radical idea that plants are bad for us--I think you are right on target there. In some ways it makes perfect sense that the foods we are told to eat the most of (grains and veges) are absolutely the worst for us. The truth of this proposition has been obvious to everyone I know who has tried it in the real world. Personally I think Dr. Paul Saladino has it figured out: animal-based diet plus fruit--which is probably even more controversial.

Some raw vegetables may be OK - like onions or broccoli. But mainly the lectins in beans, soy, and many other plant foods will destroy the small intestine by making it permeable. We need some vegetables or fruit to balance pH and produce oxygen. So I take a supplement of liquid chlorophyll. Moreover, plant based Vitamin B-12 is not as potent as animal based. Dr. Steven Gundry says to avoid wheat, barley and rye grains but maybe buckwheat (a fruit) and millet are OK. Fruit is OK if peeled. Italians peel their tomatoes and remove the seeds. Nut were never meant to be eaten.

There are a lot of things to consider--the primary one being, IMO, that we know very, very little about how the naturally-occurring toxic chemicals in plants affect humans. Oxalate content is a big one--but that's because we know something about it, and there are many other potential "big ones" we know nothing about.

I'm sure people vary in their tolerance to a lot of things. A lot of young people can eat pretty much anything they want and feel great--but with some things, the first sign of a problem is a broken bone. Slow poisons are very hard to detect, and plants are full of them--there is actually not even any dispute about that.

As someone who has had severe oxalosis, most oxalate is made in the liver when fungus like aspergillis or candida combine with Vitamin C to make oxalate crystals. Candida is yeast overgrowth that typically comes after taking an antibiotic which wipes out the bacteria strains that keeps yeast in check. A sign that our liver is polluted with fungus is athletes feet. Look down at our feet full of fungus - that is what our liver looks like. Refined carbs feed the candida. Candida does not like Turpentine Pure Spirits (1/2 teaspoon with sugar cube or honey).

Dr. Jennifer Daniels, MD, has been using Turpentine for years safely and effectively to control yeast/candida overgrowth. She has her own Candida Cleaner Turpentine Report on how to take it and what kind of Turpentine.

I take no more than half teaspoon with a dab of honey (or sugar) to attract the candida from hiding. Turpentine is Pure Gum Spirits of Turp - Amazon.com.

The trick is we should not take turpentine if we are constipated because the candida will have nowhere to go. So to assure 3 movements each morning I suggest taking Jennifer Daniels' Vitality Capsules that will get flow going everywhere. LINK to Candida REport

Bruce Aames PHD Cal Berkeley is the researcher who found toxins in plant foods are 10,000 times any industrial pesticide. But half of those toxins are rat droppings from storage of grains in silos. Yum....
