A Skeptical First Look at: 'What is in So-Called COVID-19 Vaccines?'

David Hughes, PhD in International Relations at Lincoln University in Britain has released a report titled “What is in the so-called COVID-19 Vaccines? Part 1 – Evidence of Crimes Against Humanity, in the International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice and Research, an open, peer-reviewed journal with a well-qualified review board. 

Hughes claims he has assembled photographic evidence indicating the COVID vaccines are a “crime against humanity”. Hughes warns of a “clear and present danger that the world’s population has been lied to regarding the contents of the COVID 19 vaccines.  Hughes’ photos show what he calls “terrifying sharp-edged geometric structures, fibrous tube -like structures, crystalline formations, ‘microbubbles’, and possible self-assembling nanotechnology”.  Hughes says: “the blood of people who have received one or more COVID-19 ‘vaccines’ appears, in case after case, to contain foreign bodies and to be seriously degraded, with red blood cells typically in Rouleaux (stacked) formation.”

Unfortunately, I found the photographic evidence highly dubious and the report to lack any scientific or even journalistic objectivity.  The report clearly is an amateur hit piece of yellow journalism meant to create fear and hysteria about COVID-19 vaccines.  I am also opposed to vaccines, but Hughes’ report is presented as a value free scientific compilation of evidence to be presented to a court or legislative body but it is chock full of unrecognized falsehoods.  Here are a few informal comments:

1.     Hughes states: “Proof of graphene oxide in the COVID-19 ‘vaccines’ would be the smoking gun that confirms the presence of nanotechnology”, presumably to control the minds of humans. But, as anti-vaccine Italian physicist and microbiologist Stefano Scoglio, PhD, Msc, Bsc, (co-author of the book Virus Mania, 2007, 2021) has shown, there is no such thing as ‘graphene’, as it is merely a commercial marketing scheme that has failed (see Graphene Does Not Exist). Graphene is  Graphite, which is a benign substance.  So-called Graphene (1-atom thick) would be invisible even in a Transmission Electron Microscope and impossible to work with.  Moreover, Hughes claims Graphene Hydroxide and Graphene Oxide are in the vaccines and human blood, but both would be unable to be used for electro-magnetic communication once it was bound with oxide. 2.     Hughes defends the photographic evidence he presents in his report: “There will doubtless be disingenuous claims that the images shown below could mean anything, that we have no way of verifying their authenticity, that they may have been photoshopped for sensationalist or fraudulent purposes, that the samples were not properly prepared, allowing for contamination a sleight (misspelling) on the professionalism of the researchers, some of whom have decades of experience), etc.”  I have been an expert witness in courts, and I know of no court that would allow Hughes’ photo evidence to be admitted under Evidence Codes of any state in their current format and documentation.

3.     I can find almost identical photos on the Internet to those shown in Hughes’ report of substances found in blood. Here are some:

4.     Hughes contends that his research group lacks the funds to do the necessary scientific research to definitively find what the microscope photos show.  But I can order blood tests for Heavy Metals, Graphite, Oxalate Crystals, Parasites, TB, Propylene Glycol in blood, etc. for $150 each from Lab Corp.  

5.     Hughes’ report cites a study of Graphene in human blood by La Quinta Columna (The Fifth Column) in Spain. This study used fallaciously manipulatable light spectrum analysis in its report of Graphene in Vaccines. Columna could have settled any credibility issue with their claims if they had done a simple and cheap chemical assay test, but they failed to do so.  We don’t know if the images Columna shown by Columna were Graphene or something else.  Any study without such tests should be considered fraudulent.
