Why the Egg Industry Needs a Fictional Avian Flu Virus
As well as Conventional and Alternative Medicine
False Syllogism:
What should be concealed is more valuable than what is left exposed and unguarded.
Folly should be concealed whereas wisdom should be openly displayed.
Therefore, folly is more valuable than wisdom.
- A summary of Catholic thinker Desiderius Erasmus’s book In Praise of Folly, 1511.
In ancient Rome, Consul Publius Claudius Pulcher lost the military battle with the Carthaginians when he ignored a bad omen of chickens refusing to eat before the battle. Claudius subsequently threw the chickens into the sea “so that they might drink, since they refused to eat”. If a historian or anthropologist had to look back in time several hundred years from now, they might also interpret the recent announcement of the euthanizing of millions of chickens for a fictional Avian Flu as some sort of superstition or way to cover up one’s folly. Roman emperors needed such rituals and superstitions to conceal their folly, just as modern politicians and industrialists need to cover up the folly of the USDA providing compensation and legal indemnity for an egg farmer’s financial losses and costs due to a fictional bird flu but will not pay for birds that actually died from Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI – see Indemnity and Compensation When Your Flock is Infected, USDA, April 2022.
An unnamed prominent alternative medicine doctor has a video explaining that it must be that few people learn logic or reasoning in school as the explanation why people believe that the fictional COVID-19 is contagious. But even this doctor whom I respect as full of wisdom, apparently does not understand the social structure of folly and the place of rituals. With about 50% of the population dependent on their fictional welfare, Social Security, disability, and Medicare subsidies, one might better understand why the public believes in social fictions because they don’t want the justification of “their” social fictions disclosed. For example, definitive studies have shown that modern medicine, including modern public sanitation and supplements, have no positive effect on longevity or quality of life, although diet and private sanitation (measured by number of bathrooms in a home) does (see Thomas McKeown, The Role of Medicine: Dream, Mirage or Nemesis, 1980).
Similarly, I listened with amusement at a recent interview with Dr. Eithan Haim, MD, by Dr. Lee Merritt, MD, about how Haim couldn’t believe that surgeons at a prestigious university medical school literally abandoned professional ethics instantly for politically correct ideology. If small businesses, independent contractors and the jobs of the Working Class are destroyed by riots, state licensing, and minimum wage laws, it’s OK as long as the ox of the professional social class is also not gored.
Another prominent doctor and author of the book The Great Bird Flu Hoax (2009) is again warning that there is no cause for alarm of the recent announcement that an epidemic of Avian Flu among chickens might leap to humans. Nonetheless, this same doctor is selling his nebulizer protocol for the Avian Flu for humans! Put differently, if you are suffering from a potentially deadly liver infection from an overload of toxins and poisons that manifests itself as a respiratory disease, the prescribed treatment is to take some sort of potion through your nasal cavity! These palliative sort of treatment protocols go along with high dose Intravenous Vitamin C that can wipe your kidney out, supplementation with a synthetic Vitamin D that does not provide the benefits of sunlight, steroids to reduce inflammation, and breathing apparatuses that are bound to break a blood vessel leading to blood poisoning from toxic shock. As Dr. Jennifer Daniels has pointed out, no detox regimen will work unless it starts at the congestion in the bowel, because otherwise the toxins will have no place to be eliminated and will just add to the toxicity and virulence. Maybe destroying chickens is a more benign ritual than modern medical treatment rituals even of alternative medicine for the fictional COVID-19.
There is no amount of teaching logic or reasoning, or learning how cold and flus are not contagious (see Daniel Roytas, Can You Catch a Cold? - Untold History and Human Experiments, 2024), that is going to make any difference. Samuel Johnson stated that most people don’t get their opinions by reasoning, they catch them by (social) contagion especially when their livelihood depends on it. Perhaps we shouldn’t look to those professing to have greater powers of reasoning, or knowledge, wisdom, or ethics, to understand COVID-19 or even how to treat it. Ergo, perhaps alternative medicine and its Terrain Theory does not offer anything much beyond the dim view of the limited power and scope of human rationality and its social sources discussed here. Maybe we should look to those who are considered to be fools, cranks, and exiles from the system (Ivan Illich: Medical Nemesis-The Expropriation of Health; Edgar Crookshank, History and Pathology of Vaccination-A Critical Inquiry, 1889; Jennifer Daniels, The Lethal Dose-Why Your Doctor is Prescribing It; Alistair Lax, Toxin: The Cunning of Bacterial Poisons; Patrick Jordan, ICD-999: Vaccine Induced Diseases: The Chronic Serum Sickness Postulate [sepsis], 2015).
